Pets are welcome in the Pumpkin House Cottage only.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking, the full cost of the package will be applied to your credit card.

A date change or cancellation received more than 7days prior to arrival will be processed at no charge and the package cost will be refunded.

A date change or cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of 50% of the package cost.

A date change or cancellation received less than 3 days prior to arrival will result in the full forfeiture of the package cost.

A live person can be reached 24 hours per day by calling during regular business hours, or by calling 1-888-346-6772 ext. 1800 after hours, at which time you will be provided with a cancellation number, followed by an email confirmation of the cancellation. Keep a copy of your cancellation email for reference.
